Harworth has been working with Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Councils and stakeholders to understand the site and the surrounding area. This engagement will continue together with technical input on the constraints and opportunities of the site. Following our previous public consultation event on 11th October 2018, our next public consultation day is being held on 22nd May from 2pm until 7pm. Local residents are welcome to drop in and view the proposed masterplan. This masterplan will also be available to view on this website on the morning of the 22nd May.


  • Consideration of feedback on options – end of November 2018
  • Work with Council and other key stakeholders on preferred option – early 2019
  • Develop a more detailed masterplan – Spring 2019
  • Further public consultation on preferred option – Summer 2019
  • Submission of planning application on preferred option – Autumn 2019
